This week our experts participated in the international Kazan Digital Week forum.
The event took place in the Kazan Expo international exhibition centre on September 21 – 23. Transport issues were discussed at round tables on intelligent transport systems.

The agenda also included a meeting of the working group on introduction of ITS in Russian regions. Kursk, Tula, and Saratov regions are the leaders in the use of funds allocated for ITS development. The participants of the discussions highlighted that due attention should be paid to the quality of ITS installation as it has a direct impact on road safety.
The forum also included an exhibition. At our stand, we spoke about the GIS features we could implement and presented the projects we completed in various Russian regions. We paid special attention to digital transformation of integral mobility plans and traffic management plans.
Our new software tool was of great interest. The configurator is designed for optimisation of public transport routes and suggests best routes based on supply and demand data.
