We developed a traffic management plan for the city of Vologda. The plan shows traffic control devices via “linear unrectified” mapping where each street is considered individually as an area feature. Aerial photos were used as an underlay.

In addition, we proposed some technical measures that were included into the city's mobility plan, in particular, dedicated lanes on certain streets, new traffic lights, pedestrian refuge islands, cycling paths, etc.
